Patient service representative (Full Time)

Job Summary
Front desk representative at a dynamic growing medical practice
Responsibilities and Duties
Greet patients
Answer phones: Direct calls, answer questions, schedule appointments
Register patients: Collect information, Enter data into computer systems, Collect payments
Checkout patients: Settle account, schedule next appoinment
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 2 years similar experience in a medical setting
Excellent computer skills
Ability to multitask
Top notch interpersonal skills and friendly customer service are essential
