Responsibilities and Duties

Screening mammography (all studies are done with tomosynthesis (3D)).
Breast Ultrasound (screening and diagnostic)
ARRT Mammography Certification required
Significant mammography experience required.

Patient service representative (Full Time): Goldsboro, NC

Job Summary
Front desk representative at the newest location of a dynamic growing medical practice
Responsibilities and Duties
Greet patients
Answer phones: Direct calls, answer questions, schedule appointments
Register patients: Collect information, Enter data into computer systems, Collect payments
Checkout patients: Settle account, schedule next appoinment
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 2 years similar experience in a medical setting
Excellent computer skills
Ability to multitask

Medical Information Technology Specialist (Full Time): Greenville, NC

Job Summary
Small but growing medical imaging practice is seeking a motivated, dynamic individual to perform all information related tasks for the practice
Responsibilities and Duties [This is a partial list of most relevant tasks. Other duties may be required as needs arise]
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential
Manage networking hardware and servers
Install & configure routers, switches, printers, access points and other network devices
    Thorough understanding of VPNs is essential
Manage active directory users and computers
Establish and maintain user e-mail accounts (currently using Office365)
Basic computer repairs (replace bad drives, etc.)
Maintain network security and data integrity
    Ensure antivirus and malware software operations
    Monitor for, and repair, threats
    Implement and perform disaster recovery and backup processes
Establishes and maintains user accounts, profiles, file sharing, access privileges and security
Design, implement and support medical interfaces (DICOM and HL7)
    Mirth experience desired
Experience with coding/scripting (mostly Javascript) is required
Working knowledge of SQL including report creation is desired
Web, social media and desktop publishing skills are a plus

No "call" but this position requires occasional after-hours responsibilities for upgrades, repairs, etc.
Qualifications and Skills
4 year IT degree or comparable IT certification
Minimum 5 years similar experience in a medical setting
Ability to function independently
